Here's what you need to know for store/mail returns and exchanges:
- You have up to 45 days from the shipment date to complete the return.
- The items must be in new condition and repackaged in the original box with all tags and packaging included.
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our return and exchange policy.
- You'll receive a credit in the original payment method once we get your items.
- Restock fees may apply.
- Our shipping partners suggest returns will reach us in 3-7 business days.
Follow these steps to start an exchange:
- Tell us the item(s) you'd like to return.
- Tell us the item(s) -- both product number and size -- that you'd like instead.
- Send the item(s) back to us (shipping speeds vary by carrier).
- Once we receive your return package, we'll ship your new item if it is available. You will receive a confirmation email with a new order number and new tracking number. If the requested item is unavailable, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.
