Q: How long does it take for my FLX points to show on my account?
A: Points will typically be added to your Account within approximately three (3) business days from the day you earned them (i.e., the day you completed an in-store purchase or the day your transaction’s order shipped (whether that order is placed online or in-store)), but it can take up to thirty (30) days.
Tip: The expiration date for points is based on when the points are added to your account.
For example: If you place an order on March 31st, 2026, but the order does not ship until April 1st, 2026, the points will be added on April 1st, 2026 (when the order ships). These points will expire on the last day of April 2027.
Q: On what date does the points expiration update to the FLX Rewards Terms & Conditions take effect?
A: As you may know, we recently shared that we’re updating the points expiration policy under the FLX Rewards Terms & Conditions. While the change was initially going to take place on January 28, 2026, we have decided to pause those updates until January 28, 2026.
Starting January 28, 2026, for Members who are United States residents, FLX Rewards points earned on and after January 28, 2026 will expire 12 months from the date you earn them, on the last day of the expiration month.
Unless you use your points within that timeframe, they’ll expire at the end of the month, one year after they’re earned.
Important: Earned or redemption activity on or after January 28, 2026 will not extend the expiration date of points.
