PROHIBITED CONTENT
User Generated Content (“UGC”) must not contain, depict, or reference any of the following:
1.1 Pornographic, sexually explicit, or sexually suggestive material of any kind.
1.2 Human faces, whether of the submitting user or any third party.
1.3 Full or partial nudity, or depictions of intimate body parts.
1.4 Minors (individuals under the age of eighteen (18)) in any context.
1.5 Violence, gore, self-harm, depictions of death, or threatening imagery.
1.6 Hate speech, discriminatory symbols, slurs, or content that promotes hostility, harassment, or intimidation based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law.
1.7 Illegal activity, controlled substances, drug paraphernalia, tobacco products, or weapons.
1.8 Trademarks, logos, copyrighted works, trade dress, or other intellectual property of any third party, unless the submitting User has obtained prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.
1.9 Personal information of any individual, including names, physical addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, financial account information, government-issued identification numbers, or biometric data.
1.10 Content that is defamatory, libelous, fraudulent, or misleading.
1.11 Malware, viruses, corrupted files, or any content designed to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the operation of the App or any connected systems.
2. CONSENTS AND COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAWS
All User Content must satisfy the following requirements:
2.1 User Content must be an original work created by the submitting User, or the submitting User must possess all rights, licenses, consents, and permissions necessary to submit such content and to grant the rights contemplated by Client's terms of use.
2.2 User Content must comply with all applicable federal, state, local, and international laws, rules, and regulations, including without limitation privacy laws, intellectual property laws, and consumer protection laws.
3. CONTENT REVIEW AND REMOVAL
3.1 Stylitics reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to review, screen, reject, refuse to post, remove, or disable access to any UGC that violates these Submission Guidelines or that it reasonably deems as objectionable, without prior notice and without liability.
