Returned/exchanged merchandise must be unworn and in new condition with the original tags. Exchanged items must be returned in the original boxes and bags and must include all the original hang-tags.
Returns for online and store orders must take place within 45 days after the original shipment date in order to receive a credit in the original form of payment.
Returns for all orders can be returned through our ReadyReturns portal by mail or at any of your local Foot Locker stores by using our store locator.
Returns received more than 45 days after shipment date will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.

Please note:
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded unless the returned item was defective or you received a wrong item.
- For items that are paid for in-store, please be aware that our Online Returns Team is unable to process exchange requests. If you wish to exchange your item, we recommend visiting any of our Foot Locker stores. If you are seeking a refund for your in-store paid items, please note that the refund will be issued via check sent by mail.
Klarna Refunds:
When receiving a refund for a Klarna paid order, the refund will be processed for the return value. Your payment schedule with Klarna will be updated based on the amount of the refund:
- If the refund amount is greater than any payments already made, Klarna will refund the difference to the payment method the you have on file.
- In the event the refund amount is less than the original purchase, you are still responsible for paying the adjusted balance to Klarna after the refund.
The processing timeframe is 3-7 business days to restore funds to your Klarna account. You are responsible for any payments scheduled during this time.
If a refund is made to a payment method other than Klarna, You will continue to be charged by Klarna and are responsible for the remaining payments. The remaining Klarna payments must be paid to clear the balance.
