Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment used on your order.
- For credit/debit card refunds, please allow 5-7 business days (depending on your financial institution) for processing. Credit/debit card purchases can be returned both in store and by mail.
- For gift card refunds, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Gift card purchases can be returned both in store and by mail.
- For PayPal refunds, please allow 2-4 business days for processing. If paying with a credit/debit card linked to your PayPal account, you may see some additional processing time.
- For Klarna refunds, please allow 3-7 business days for processing.
- For Afterpay refunds, please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

We offer free returns for FLX Rewards members. If you’re not an FLX Rewards member, a $6.99 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund when using our Ready Returns label. Only the product cost and taxes will be refunded.
If you receive incorrect, damaged or defective merchandise, the $6.99 return shipping fee will not be charged, and your refund will also include the original standard shipping fee.
Please note that incorrect, damaged and defective merchandise should be reported to our customer service team immediately and must be returned within 45 days. If a product defect is found after use, it must be returned to our returns department for inspection and is subject to our return policy.
- If you have your original receipt, you may exchange the item or receive a refund to your original form of payment.
- For in-store purchases returned by mail for a refund, your receipt will need to be included or the return will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
Klarna Refunds:
When receiving a refund for a Klarna paid order, the refund will be processed for the return value. Your payment schedule with Klarna will be updated based on the amount of the refund:
- If the refund amount is greater than any payments already made, Klarna will refund the difference to the payment method the you have on file.
- In the event the refund amount is less than the original purchase, you are still responsible for paying the adjusted balance to Klarna after the refund.
The processing timeframe is 3-7 business days to restore funds to your Klarna account. You are responsible for any payments scheduled during this time.
If a refund is made to a payment method other than Klarna, you will continue to be charged by Klarna and are responsible for the remaining payments. The remaining Klarna payments must be paid to clear the balance.
Afterpay Return Refunds:
Afterpay returns follow Foot Locker's standard return process. Once we process your return, your Afterpay payment schedule is adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last installment and working backwards. Therefore, you may find that your payments that are the furthest out, have been reduced to zero, and the closest payments remain at the original value.
If you are fully returning items you purchased using the monthly payments option and a refund is owed, any amounts paid towards the good or service, will be refunded; any interest that has already been paid will not be refunded. You may be charged interest for the period of time before your refund is processed.
