Your participation in this pre-order (“Pre-Order”) for the Air Force 1 Low Retro PRM (premium) (the “Product”) is subject to the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
PLEASE NOTE: All sales of the Product are final – no refunds or exchanges OR CANCELLATIONS. The Product is not eligible for discount. There is a limit of three pairs of the Product per customer for Pre-Order(s) in Participating Stores (as hereinafter defined) and three pairs of the Product per customer for Pre-Order(s) Online (as hereinafter defined), to the extent Online Pre-Orders are available
1. Availability: This Foot Locker, Inc. (“Foot Locker”) Pre-Order offering is available at participating Foot Locker retail stores (“Participating Stores”) and online at www.footlocker.com (the “Online”) for shipment to the United State and its territories. The Participating Stores are: (a) 1460 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 (b) 112 W 34th St., New York, NY 10120, or (c) 272 W 125th St. New York, NY 10027. Pre-Orders in Participating Stores will begin at 6:00am ET on June 18, 2026. Online Pre-Orders, if offered, are subject to Foot Locker’s sole discretion and Product availability, may begin at a later date. Availability through any particular channel is not guaranteed.
PLEASE NOTE: The Product is offered on a pre-sale basis while supplies last on a first come, first served basis. When inventory is depleted, no further orders will be taken.
Pre-Orders are currently anticipated to ship on or around October 31, 2026. All dates are estimates only and subject to change. Foot Locker reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the anticipated shipment or pickup date at any time. If you placed a Pre-Order submission further to these Terms and Conditions, you will be notified of any material changes to the estimated shipment schedule.
2. Participation Eligibility: You may participate in the Pre-Order as long as you are at least 13 years old and a resident of the United States or its territories and intend to use the Product for your own personal, family or household purposes, and not for resale or other commercial purposes. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, employees of Foot Locker, Inc. and its subsidiaries (“Foot Locker”), as well as the immediate family and household members of those employees, are limited to three pairs of the Product. Foot Locker reserves the right to decline to allow you to participate in the Pre-Order in its sole discretion if it has cause to believe you do not meet these eligibility requirements or if your participation would violate these Terms and Conditions, any restrictions or limitations that Foot Locker places on purchases, orders, reservations, or offers, or the terms and conditions of any other offers or programs offered by Foot Locker.
3. Submitting a Pre-Order:
To submit your Pre-Order in the Participating Stores, see one of our retail store associates for assistance to place and complete the order.
For orders in Participating Stores, your card will be charged when you pre-order the Product in the respective store.
To submit your Pre-Order Online (if available):
1. Visit the Product page on www.footlocker.com;
2. Select your size and shipment method;
3. Proceed to checkout to complete and place your order.
For online orders, your card will be charged when your order ships. You may see periodic authorization holds on your card. These are not additional charges, but are used to confirm funds availability and secure your order for this exclusive pre-order item. To avoid cancellation, please ensure your payment method remains active and has sufficient funds available throughout the pre-order period.
The Product is offered through this Pre-Order on a first come, first served basis. When inventory is depleted, no further orders will be taken.
4. Restrictions on Use of Gift Cards:
Use of a Foot Locker gift card in connection with a purchase of the Pre-Order Product in-store option is subject to the terms and conditions applicable to Foot Locker gift cards, available at footlocker.com/giftcards.html, as well as these Terms and Conditions.
If Foot Locker suspects that gift cards or any other forms of payment are being obtained, used, redeemed, or applied to the Pre-Order contrary to these Terms and Conditions, the gift card terms and conditions, restrictions or limitations that Foot Locker places on purchases, orders, reservations, or offers, or the terms and conditions of any other offers or programs offered by Foot Locker, Foot Locker reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice to you, to: (a) cancel, suspend, or limit the Pre-Order, (b) refuse to accept gift cards in connection with the Pre-Order, (c) limit the number of gift cards that may be used for the Pre-Order, (d) require an alternative form of payment, and/or (e) cancel, suspend, or terminate accounts, memberships or the ability to use certain services or programs.
5. General Conditions: By participating in this Pre-Order, you indicate your agreement to these Terms and Conditions and Foot Locker’s discretion to make decisions regarding the Pre-Order. In the event that the Pre-Order process is impaired in any way, Foot Locker reserves the right to modify or cancel the process.
Foot Locker reserves the right to disqualify and seek damages from any individual who tampers with the operation of the Pre-Order, violates these Terms and Conditions, or acts in a disruptive manner. Foot Locker’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-Order(s) may only be made by individuals – they cannot be made by companies, groups, or organizations – and they cannot be shared or transferred. Pre-Order(s) are only for personal and non-commercial use. They cannot be used to make bulk purchases or purchases that will be used for resale. Should Foot Locker reasonably suspect Pre-Order(s) of fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or of being in violation of these Terms and Conditions, Foot Locker reserves the right to immediately cancel the Pre-Order(s) in question without notice. Attempting to use a bot to submit Pre-Order(s) will result in the cancellation of the Pre-Order(s) in question.
6. Limitations of Liability: By participating, you agree that Foot Locker, Nike, Inc. and each of its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, shall not be liable to you or any third party for: (a) any damages arising out of your participation in the Pre-Order except to the extent caused by Foot Locker’s intentional misconduct, recklessness, or gross negligence, and (b) any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, aggravated, incidental or consequential losses or damages, including lost profits, regardless of whether such damages were foreseeable and regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such losses or damages. These limitations shall apply to all claims and theories of liability to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Privacy: By participating in the Pre-Order, you agree to be bound by the the Privacy Statement. Information you submit as part of the Pre-Order will be governed by such Privacy Statement.
8. Applicable Law: These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New York in the United States. You agree that any disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Pre-Order shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and exclusively by the courts in New York State.
