Q: Do my points expire?
A: Starting January 28, 2026, for Members who are United States residents, FLX Rewards points earned on and after January 28, 2026 will expire 12 months from the date you earn them, on the last day of the expiration month.
Unless you use your points within that timeframe, they’ll expire at the end of the month, one year after they’re earned.
Important: Earned or redemption activity on or after January 28, 2026, will not extend the expiration date of points.
Example:
- Earn 15,000 points on March 10, 2026 → Expires March 31, 2027
- Earn 500 points on May 20, 2026 → Expires May 31, 2027
Q: What happens to the points I earned before January 28, 2026?
A: All FLX Rewards Program points earned prior to January 28, 2026, will expire on the last day of the expiration month that occurs twelve (12) months after the Member’s last earn or redemption activity. Earned or redemption activity on or after January 28, 2026, will not extend the expiration date of points.
Example:
If as of January 28, 2026, you have 5,000 unredeemed points and your last earn or redemption activity was on March 5, 2025, those points will expire on March 31, 2026.
Q: In what order will my points be redeemed?
A: Points are redeemed in the order in which they are earned, meaning the oldest points will be redeemed first.
Example:
On March 28, 2026, you earned 5,000 points (expiring March 31, 2027). On April 15, 2026, you earned 3,000 points (expiring April 30, 2027). If you redeem 1,000 points on April 15, 2026, these points will be deducted from the pool of 5,000 points earned on March 28, 2026; after which you will have 4,000 points set to expire on March 31, 2027, and 3,000 points set to expire on April 30, 2027.
Q: Can I extend my points by earning, redeeming, or making purchases?
A: As of January 28, 2026, earn and/or redemption activity will not extend expiration dates.
Points will expire 12 months after they’re earned, on the last day of the expiration month, unless redeemed.
Q: What happens if I’m a U.S. member and make a purchase in Canada?
A:
- You will earn points for your purchase.
- These points will still follow the updated points expiration policy (as of January 28, 2026) and expire 12 months after the transaction, on the last day of the expiration month.
Example:
Points earned on October 15, 2025 → Expires October 31, 2026.
