Refunds will be processed in the form of payment used on the original order. For credit/debit card refunds, please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Purchases made with either PayPal or Klarna must be returned by mail, not returned to a store. You will receive a refund back to your PayPal or Klarna account. For more information on Klarna returns, please click here.
How do I start a return or exchange?
A $6.99 Return Shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds and gift cards will include product and tax amount only.
However, if an incorrect item was shipped to you or if you received a product that was flawed/damaged and you return it within 45 days of receipt, we will then also include the standard shipping fee in your refund.
- If you have your original receipt, you may exchange the item or receive a refund to your original form of payment.
- If you have a gift receipt from a store, you may exchange or get store credit only.
- For in-store purchases, if you don't have your receipt, you'll be able to exchange or receive store credit only at the current price. A store return without a receipt requires store manager approval and the item must be unworn and unwashed.
